In our thriller we wanted to make it as dramatic and intriguing as possible. To do this the characters representation in our thriller were vital. We wanted the victims in our thriller to come across as unsuspecting and innocent by dressing them very casually and making them act very normal e.g. Smiling. The thriller movie ‘seven’ has a very odd and confusing character which I found very interesting and thought was a very important part of the success of keeping the viewers interested. Also in seven one of the characters faces is not shown which we found unconventional and added to the tension in the film. We took this idea an incorporated it into our thriller. The clothing worn by the victims are very normal because we wanted the audience to think that it was an everyday person out. we felt that it made the killings more unsuspecting opening The women in our opening which is the killer, we wanted to make her seem very unfeminine to make the audience feel confused and mysterious. The clothing of her as well also represents an unfeminine like context. We did this by using a dark long mans coat, a hat to cover the hair of the killer and dark trousers and boots.
