OVERVIEW OF RESEARCH

For our research we videod different individuals and asked them questions on what they expect from a thriller genre and what they think of our thriller and also what could be added. one of the videos was filmed early on through editing and the second video was filmed near the end, and by doing this we could monitor our progression by using feedback from other peers. After anaylsing these videos we came to the conclusion that they mostly expect violence, a confusing plot, quick camera shots , dark and dramatic scenes and weapons with the representation of violence. They thought that the plot of our thriller oppening was very unconventional and that our reverse gender twist was very much different to what they have seen before. with these opinions we changed some key points
